From physiotherapist to influencer with millions of followers, Deniziane Ferreira , known to the public as Anny, has been consolidating her post-Big Brother Brasil career with a rare combination of technique, purpose, and authenticity. At 28, she’s turned the visibility she gained on the reality show into a life project that combines science, aesthetics, and feminine inspiration, while studying Biomedicine and developing new projects focused on wellness.
In an exclusive interview, Anny reflects on the changes after the program, her emotional growth, and her mission to show that authenticity is more powerful than standards.
With a strong social media presence and a lighthearted approach to beauty, body, and self-esteem, she has become a role model for women seeking balance between appearance, health, and authenticity. “I want to continue growing as an influencer, but without straying from my education. For me, aesthetics is about health and respect for the body,” she adds.
Anny continues to follow a path that goes beyond fame: a life project based on self-knowledge, authenticity, and purpose, which inspires other women to reinvent themselves—on and off social media.
Anny, how would you describe the biggest transformation Big Brother Brasil brought to your life — not only in terms of visibility, but also in the way you see yourself today?
Big Brother Brasil changed everything, but especially how I see myself. There, we’re put in situations that test our emotional limits and reveal who we truly are. I left with much greater self-awareness and strength. I learned to look at myself with more empathy and to understand that vulnerability is also power.
Many people knew you from the reality show, but few know about your career in physical therapy and now biomedicine. What was it like balancing this technical training with the world of fame and digital influence?
I’ve always enjoyed caring for people, and physiotherapy gave me the foundation of looking at the body from a human and technical perspective. When I entered the digital world, I realized I could combine this with influence, using my visibility to share real knowledge, show behind-the-scenes studies, and demystify aesthetics. Today, studying Biomedicine, I feel I’ve found a balance between technique and content.
Your Instagram content reflects an authentic woman with her own style. When did fashion stop being just a passion and become part of your professional identity?
Fashion has always been a form of expression for me. But after Big Brother Brasil and as I’ve matured, I’ve realized that what I wear also communicates who I am. When I started creating purposeful content, with looks that represent phases of my life, it stopped being just a passion and became an extension of my personal brand.
Social media audiences are increasingly aware of authenticity. How do you deal with the pressure to conform to standards and the responsibility of inspiring other women in the beauty field?
I think authenticity is what sustains any career today. The internet changes all the time, but what doesn’t change is when people connect with reality. I used to feel pressured to follow standards, but today I prefer to show my phases with or without makeup, more fit or more relaxed, because I believe that inspiration is about being real, not about being perfect.
After Big Brother Brasil, many former contestants are looking for a new voice. What has been your biggest challenge and biggest learning experience in building your personal brand as an influencer?
The biggest challenge was finding my own path, without letting the “ex-BBB” label define who I am. The lesson was understanding that the show was a chapter, not the whole book. Building a personal brand takes time, consistency, and purpose. And today, I see that my journey is much more connected to the woman I became after the show than to the one who entered.
You’ve been involved in media controversies. How do you deal emotionally with the overexposure and public scrutiny that come with fame?
This episode mentioned does not correspond to the truth of the facts, and for this reason I prefer not to correlate my name to this matter again.
As a physical therapist and future biomedical scientist, you have a technical perspective on the body and well-being. How does this knowledge influence how you care for yourself and present yourself on social media?
Having this training changes everything. I don’t talk about beauty just for aesthetics, but for balance. I understand the body from the inside out, and this reflects in my self-care. In what I post, I always strive to provide information responsibly, showing that aesthetics is about health, self-esteem, and respect for one’s own body.
What are your next steps? Do you intend to continue investing more in your influencer career, or are there other projects—perhaps related to your academic background—that you still want to pursue?
I want to continue growing as an influencer, but always combining this with my education. I have projects focused on aesthetics and well-being that combine science, beauty, and authenticity. And of course, I continue studying and pursuing entrepreneurship because I believe I can inspire other women to pursue their dreams, without having to choose just one path.
