With over 20 years of experience as a spiritual guide, Sensitive Jéssica has become one of the most influential voices in contemporary esotericism. Recognized for combining mediumship, astrology, and numerology in her consultations, she has built a career based on balance and purpose, helping thousands of people find clarity and inner reconnection.

In an interview, Jéssica recalls the beginning of her journey — marked by gifts awakened in childhood — and talks about the challenges of dealing with energies, emotions, and expectations in an increasingly fast-paced world.

Jessica, you’ve been working as a spiritual guide for over 20 years. How did this journey begin? Was there a specific moment when you realized this would be your life’s purpose?

My journey began in childhood. From a very early age, I perceived things that others didn’t: sensations, presences, messages in dreams. At first, I confess, this frightened me, but over time, I understood that it was a gift. Gradually, I studied, sought guidance, and delved deeper into various aspects of spirituality. When I realized that through this gift I could help others find clarity and balance, I understood that this was my life purpose.

Being sensitive involves dealing with people’s energies, emotions, and expectations. How do you balance your spiritual gift with the weight of the responsibility of guiding so many lives?

The secret is inner balance. Being sensitive requires not only mediumistic abilities, but also emotional and spiritual preparation. I take great care of myself, I do cleansing baths, energy cleansings, I pray, I meditate, and I respect my moments of solitude. I can only guide others truthfully if I am at peace myself. The responsibility is enormous, but when I understand that I am merely a channel between the spiritual and earthly planes, everything flows more easily.

You combine several techniques — astrology, numerology, and mediumship. How do these tools connect in your consultations? Is there one that resonates more strongly in your work?

Each of these tools has a different function within my work, but they all come together with the same purpose: to bring spiritual clarity and guidance. Mediumship is my direct channel to the spiritual plane; it is through it that I receive messages and perceive the energies of the client. Tarot translates these messages into symbols and archetypes, allowing for a deeper reading of emotions, paths, and current decisions. The cowrie shell divination brings the ancestral wisdom of the orishas, revealing more spiritual and karmic guidance, linked to life’s mission and the strength of each person. When I combine these three practices, I can unite the spiritual, emotional, and energetic vision of the human being. But if I had to say which speaks loudest, it would be mediumship, because it is where the essence of my gift lies; it is the channel that connects me to the divine and guides me in all readings.

Your predictions for celebrities have garnered significant media attention. What is the process like for making these readings—and which one has surprised you the most so far?

Each prediction stems from an energetic connection. I don’t “choose” who to read; it’s as if the universe shows me what needs to be said. I always like to do the readings with great respect, without seeking controversy. The one that surprised me the most was one that came true very quickly, involving an important career change for an artist. Sometimes, the spiritual is so accurate that even I get emotional.

The spiritual world arouses a lot of curiosity, but also skepticism. How do you deal with criticism and maintain your faith and credibility in the face of public exposure?

With serenity. Spirituality is not an obligation, it’s a calling. Not everyone is ready to see the invisible, and that’s okay. My role is not to convince, but to serve. Faith is an individual choice, and I remain steadfast in mine, because the results and transformations I see in people every day are the greatest proof of the truth of my work.

With the advancement of social media, spirituality has become more accessible, but also more media-focused. Do you believe this visibility helps or hinders those who truly seek self-discovery?

It depends on the intention. Visibility can be a beautiful portal of expansion and awakening when used with respect and truth. But it can also distort the sacred, becoming merely a spectacle. Therefore, I believe that those who work with spirituality need to be very conscious. The internet brings us closer, but it’s the energy that sustains the message that makes the difference.

Your Instagram account is followed by hundreds of thousands of people. What touches you most in the messages you receive—and what might your audience not know about you?

What touches me most is knowing that, in some way, I managed to alleviate someone’s pain. I receive messages from people saying that they have regained their faith, that they have managed to change their lives, and that is priceless. What perhaps many people don’t know is that, behind the psychic, there is a sensitive woman, a mother, who also feels, cries, and needs to withdraw sometimes. Spirituality teaches me every day that being light also means learning to take care of one’s own shadow.

What are your next steps? Can we expect a book, course, event, or some new project that will bring your spiritual work to even more people?

I have many projects that are being born with a lot of love. One of them is my book, where I bring together spiritual teachings and experiences in an accessible way. I am also developing an online protocol, focused on awakening and connecting with one’s own purpose. I want to continue bringing spirituality to more and more people, with truth, lightness, and faith.
