You mentioned that you had three cosmetic surgeries. Many celebrities seek these procedures, and as we see in several cases, some can go wrong. What was the recovery process like and what were the results of these interventions?

So, yes, I had 3 surgeries, it was mastopexy with silicone prosthesis. I made the dough after breastfeeding for a year and 7 months on demand, so, really, I was already in a very delicate state and it was affecting my self-esteem. But no, not because of society’s demands, because I did it for myself, to make me feel more beautiful, more attractive. So I had the surgeries done for me completely. So much so that to this day I still haven’t achieved the result I wanted in the first place.

I also had lipo, HD and I also did a butt lift to give it a contour like this so it would look very natural. In fact, I became very natural, that’s more. I, for example, had a lot of support. Something that not everyone does, everyone wants everything yesterday, understand? Everyone wants the result in a few days because they’re going to do a big project or they’re going to embark on something that’s like losing weight yesterday and then they don’t take the necessary care, they don’t do the exams beforehand, they don’t have any pre-operative procedures up to date. .

I think you have to be very careful about where you do it and you have to understand that it is a process that can go wrong. I, thank God, didn’t do it out of aesthetic pressure, I did it because of my own taste that I no longer liked the way I looked. I thought that like this, I had to wear a cropped top . Then I had the 3 surgeries. I don’t regret it, but today with so many cases that ended up going wrong, we always think about it, would I do it again, wouldn’t I?

Is carrying out aesthetic procedures still directly linked to the taboo of not accepting one’s own body, as society so often criticizes? What is your perspective on this aspect?

People will always criticize. I have to work on this, especially because we have to accept our bodies. I’ve had moments like this, especially when I was working as a model. I started very early, there was a lot of pressure and it was every inch. It was standardized to the millimeter, so to speak.

Since I was young, I’ve had society imposing standards, so I always try to make sure I don’t fall into this trap anymore because if I don’t, you’ll go crazy, people will never be satisfied, and neither will you. I think we have to always be looking to evolve, but there really is a lot of pressure from society regarding the body. People care too much about other people’s bodies and sometimes not so much about their own.

In addition to being a digital influencer and businesswoman, you recently launched the F.SKIN Cosmetics brand . How did the idea of creating this line come about and what do you hope to achieve with it?

I’m a digital influencer too. I undertake. It’s not that my cosmetic brand is a complicated skincare line, it’s just three steps, right? There is one that is the clean up – a mousse, which sanitizes and treats the skin as a whole; There is a full care serum , which is wonderful, a pre -makeup. It also helps to deeply hydrate, in short, it is powerful, and it has a gloss core , which is for the lips, which is also a glossy one. Bring the volume. It is very delicate and has a wonderful taste and smell. I’m suspicious of talking about my line like that, because it was designed with great care. I really use it and recommend it because I really see a difference. Since I started, since we created the brand, my skin and the skin of the people who use it are different, and that’s really cool, being able to really add something to the product that makes a difference.

Cosmetics products , such as M.ousse Clean Up , N.utri Gloss and S.erum Full Care ? What sets these products apart?

I chose this line. I was unsure whether I would launch a makeup line or a skincare line , but at the same time I’m not a makeup artist, even though I use it a lot, so I said, man, I’m going to start treating my skin because in the future, that’s what’s going on.

It’s not how you currently take care of yourself, hydrating your skin, taking care of your skin. There’s no point in doing 300,000 Botox now, as the results will come in the future. Only if you are taking care of that skin from the inside out. Nothing better than a skincare line that you can quickly use anywhere.

In the third season of “Troca de Esposas”, you changed your routine with Jaqueline JK. What was this challenge like and what surprised you most during this experience?

This “Wife Swap” experience was really cool! Jaque came here, and my stove arrived today. For those who didn’t watch it, the episode wasn’t the first of this season. The last season was really cool. I really threw myself into this experience, I tried to be the best I could be there, something that involves real people. A unique experience. It’s not even though there are some things there that are in a script, we don’t prepare, script the actions that we are going to live there. It really is real.

I went with the greatest intention I could. There were children, it was a completely different family from mine, random professions, but very attached to their children. So, I tried to be what I wanted her to be for my son. The experience was really cool. Experience also as a stallholder, selling there in the middle of the fair, like in the sweet shop too, was unique. An experience that impacts and always brings benefits, whether for our self-knowledge or for any aspect of our life.

How did your participation in reality shows, such as “Troca de Esposas” and BBB, impact your life and career?

Man, participating in reality was never something I planned. I never planned on getting on Big Brother. It happened. I played until I parachuted there and everything happened from there. We have always seized opportunities and as I told you, we really give ourselves to the experience, because they are unique experiences and everything that always brings something good always brings some learning, some friendship, networking, money, anyway. Everything brings something of benefit. We will always learn, whether through mistakes or successes.

With the launch of F.SKIN Cosmetics , what is the message you want to convey to women? How important is self-love and self-care in your philosophy?

Certainly, my motivation is to bring this message, to take care of yourself, prioritize yourself, have self-love, the importance of all this, and above all, not abandon yourself. Hold on to an energy. You can do this in an uncomplicated way, you don’t need many things to take care of yourself. You first need to prioritize yourself, have self-love, and care ends up coming.

Looking to the future, what are the next steps in your career and projects that you are excited to share with your fans?

We are super excited about our new podcast – Fama ou Flop – which takes place in a glass studio in the middle of a food court in Parque Jacarepaguá, a shopping mall here in Rio de Janeiro, live. The recordings with special guests from the world of celebrities, about celebrities, fame seekers, entertainment, realities, and even some interactive games. It’s super cool, people are loving it and we’re already on our 4th recording.
