With the relaxed pace of a conversation between friends, the talk show “Entra Na Roda e Gisa ” is more than a program – it’s an experience. Created and presented by Gisele Souza , better known as Gisa , and actress Débora Sartori, the program quickly achieved successful status, accumulating almost 15 million views in a single video. Inspired by the lightness and relaxation of icons like Jô Soares, Gisa brought to the internet a space for authentic dialogue, full of laughter, curiosities and genuine emotions. With guests ranging from music personalities to medical experts, the program captivates audiences with its unique approach and engaging conversations. In a carefully crafted scenario, “Entra Na Roda e Gisa ” stands out as an innovative proposal in the universe of online talk shows, offering memorable moments and valuable insights for its viewers.

How was the transition from your radio career to running your own talk show?

I’ve always been a very communicative person and I’ve always really liked music, art, drawings and things like that! I grew up listening to the radio and watching talk shows with my father! I usually say that communication chose me! At the age of 15, when I spoke for the first time into a microphone on a pirate radio in my city (Santana da Vargem MG), I didn’t think “this is what I want to do for the rest of my life”… I felt a strong feeling in my chest “ and now? What’s the next step to work on this?”

From then on, I always had the dream of being a TV presenter, and I always saw myself as an interviewer. A few years ago, I even put a set and a talk show stand on my dream board as a goal. Seeing that the path to TV, especially in this place, is almost impossible, I kept thinking about how to make this real. Obviously, I took advantage of this side of me by interviewing people on the radio and at festivals, until I met Debora who, knowing about my dream, took my hand and said: Let’s go! That was all I needed to hear to get started. With her and her gaze, I felt safe to do it, especially because I wanted to make it happen and not just try. We brought together all our common skills and dreams and today we are achieving it in the most beautiful way possible.

I came being guided by a force much greater than me, always looking for the next step! Today I arrived here and I have no idea where else I’m going, but I still feel strong in my chest “what’s the next step?” And that’s how I’ve been realizing myself and experiencing myself in this diverse world of expressing myself and communicating!

What were the inspirations that led you to create “Entra na Roda E Gisa “?

I have always been passionate about stories, I even stood out in communication due to my way of interviewing. I’ve always loved Jo Soares, for example. I liked the lightness, the relaxed chat and the way he made people feel comfortable, having real people as a consequence of the conversation beyond the profession. This is my inspiration and the communication that I love and believe in! And it’s impressive, practically all the guests when they sit on the sofa on the show say that they “feel like they’re at Jô Soares”, so I think the inspiration is working!

How do you select guests for the program? Is there any specific criteria?

Because of the radio, I have more affinity with the world of music. Débora, because of the theater, is more intimate with the world of TV, cinema… in the program, we brought together the two worlds that end up talking to each other and we also expanded to general topics that we are curious to know more about! The choice is always due to the desire that both parties have to know more about the invited person or about a specific subject and, consequently, we find it interesting to also present to our audience.

Can you tell us about any notable or emotional episodes that occurred during recording?

Definitely the Val Pinheiro episode, with the participation of Raissa. She didn’t know that the interviewee would be her idol . We told her live and the emotion everyone felt was surreal! Being able to provide this unique moment and still give her space to interview and sing along with Val was wonderful. But another episode that really stood out was that of our first specialist, Dr. Renan Botelho! That was when we had the biggest live audience, the live content was very rich and that’s where we got our cut with the biggest views, reaching more than 16 million on Instagram!

What is the secret to the program’s success and gaining a loyal audience?

In 6 months of the program we managed to experiment with different types of content and we came to a conclusion: everyone likes something interesting, something new that they haven’t seen anywhere else! Practically all of our guests said that they said something to us there that they had never said elsewhere and that makes us very happy, because it means that they feel very comfortable with the interview and that is precisely the idea of the program. In fact, that’s why it’s called Entra na Roda e Gisa , to give this impression of a circle of friends, intimacy and brotherhood! So I would say it’s the new thing, the curious thing!

What has the experience been like working together with your girlfriend, Débora Sartori, on the program?

With lots of love and lots of entrepreneurship in our blood! As soon as we met, we felt that everything matched… our thoughts, ideologies, life goals… even our arts and skills that, in a way, complemented each other! All of this helped a lot when we decided to work together because we didn’t have any conflict of ideas! Both are very determined, proactive and optimistic. When one feels insecure about something, the other comes bringing all the positivity and vice versa, so our admiration and love increases even more! Everything is very light and because of that it’s easy not to interfere in our personal lives! So far we haven’t had any conflicts between us…, but this is certainly due to a lot of dialogue! Of course, we always take time to enjoy each other away from business, enjoying lunch, dinner, weekends… so we are managing to separate very well!

Have you ever thought about expanding the program to other formats or media, such as television?

The idea is to reach as many people as possible with our program, so if there was an invitation for TV, we would certainly think about it because, there’s no way, right, it’s still a vehicle that reaches the masses and I’ve always had the dream of working within from a TV station!

What are the plans for the future of “Entra na Roda E Gisa “? Any news or projects in mind?

The idea was always to be a “TV” program! So we have the project to include more and more pictures, articles, testimonials and in the future, have space for a real audience! Who knows, maybe soon!

What is the dynamic between you guys like behind the scenes of the show? Is there a lot of improvisation or is everything planned in advance?

We always think of interesting questions that we would like to know, always taking into consideration topics that the public would find interesting. But my secret is to go in with 50% and leave 50% open to feel what the interview itself and the energy of the moment will suggest! Road map? Does not exist! I always work with improvisation, which I actually love, and I believe that this is the naturalness that people like!

What do you most hope to achieve with the program and what message would you like to convey to your audience?

Our biggest desire is for it to grow and reach as many people as possible, because we really believe in our content! The message we want to convey is a light, fun, informative program, good entertainment and a space for people to feel part of, as if it were really a circle!
