Predictions and attitudes make the seer a thread of hope for those in need
Since she was 9 years old, Anatércia Gonçalves, known today as Vó Bahiana, already had the gift of clairvoyance, however, she did not understand what was happening in the face of everything that was going on.
Graduated in Theology and first dedicating herself to religion as a pastor of the evangelical community, she had no way to escape her predestination and it was in Spiritism that she found her vocation.
In this year of 2024, the sensitive Vó Bahiana became a symbol of hope and compassion after the tragic situation in Rio Grande do Sul, which already has 100 dead and 128 missing since the beginning of the floods. Not only for having predicted the event with impressive accuracy, but also for his initiative in mobilizing the community to assist the victims.
Eye-opening prediction
Months before the tragedy, Vó Bahiana shared her visions in interviews and social media. In detail, she warned of the impending disaster. Initially met with skepticism, his prediction became undeniable after the tragedy.

Moved by the pain of the victims and their families and with the support of Fabrício Oliveira, mayor of Balneário de Camboriú, Vó Bahiana did not hesitate to act. He organized fundraising campaigns, using his influence and credibility to mobilize the community. Food, clothing, hygiene products, and building materials were collected and distributed to those in need.

Vó Bahiana’s actions transcended mere charity
She became a beacon of hope, demonstrating the power of unity and compassion in times of difficulty. Her initiative inspired others to engage in aid actions, proving that solidarity is a core value in our society.
Although her predictions draw attention, the true legacy of Vó Bahiana lies in her actions. She demonstrated that sensitivity and intuition can be accompanied by compassion and initiative, making her an inspiring example of how we can turn empathy into concrete actions that positively impact people’s lives.
The tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul was a painful event, but Vó Bahiana’s story reminds us that even in the midst of adversity, hope and solidarity can flourish.
