Caroline Dallarosa, with her charisma and social commitment, is a reflection of the positive characteristics and challenges faced by her generation, consolidating herself as an important voice in the current scenario.
You had a quick rise in your career, skipping college and getting prominent roles right from the start. How did you deal with this abrupt transition to fame and the responsibility that came with it?
Since I was very young, I’ve always had a good head. (Laughter) I confess that leaving my city, which I am in love with, and my mother’s house, where I was extremely spoiled, was a challenge, because in addition to the workload, came a lot of responsibility. My life, which used to be mine, began to be seen by thousands of people, mainly teenagers or children. In other words, I needed and still need to be a great example. I charge myself in this sense, even. And about fame, I don’t think that penny will ever drop. When they ask for a photo, besides loving it, I’m super grateful because it shows that people follow me and care for me.
His first film, “Tá Escrito”, achieved great success and popularity on Globoplay. What was the experience of working with Larissa Manoela and seeing the film among the most viewed on the platform?
Larissa and I had already worked together and we are very good friends, so transferring our relationship to the cinema was easy. We know each other, we know how to work together and, most importantly, we have the complicity that the characters asked for. I believe this was an advantage in building relationships within the film. As for being one of the most watched films, it is one of the greatest achievements an actor can have. Knowing that your work was prestigious, there is no better feeling. I am eternally grateful for that; It’s one of the best feelings in the world.
In addition to acting, you are very active on TikTok, with millions of followers and likes. How do you balance your acting career with your social media presence?
It’s the best of both worlds! I created a type of audience on TikTok that I didn’t have on TV, for example. I am accompanied daily in my life; I’m not a character. There, they meet Carol Dallarosa, with my style, my personality, and they like it. This even brought me opportunities to collaborate with several brands. When I’m not working in TV, I know there are always advertising opportunities and there are also opportunities on TikTok.

You are fluent in English, are studying Spanish and have skills like Muay Thai. How do these diverse skills influence and enrich your work as an actress?
In fact, everyone thinks I practice Muay Thai, but in reality I only learned to do Anjinha, at the time. Unfortunately, it was a sport in which I was unable to progress, but I hope to resume it in the future! About languages, I think it’s very important in any area. I went to live in Argentina for a while to study Spanish and it was one of the best things I did. Even though I already have good fluency in English, I also take the opportunity to practice every day. I have a private teacher with whom I teach an hour a day; You never know when Tim Burton might call me, right? (Laughter)
As a vegetarian and animal rights advocate, how do you use your platform to promote these causes and raise awareness of their importance to your audience?
I joke that I’m nothing, just someone who loves animals and respects them. In other words, I won’t eat them, but I don’t usually label myself. For example, there are many types of diets, such as vegetarian, vegan and lacto-ovo vegetarian. I prefer to just spread love and the way I eat my food. Regarding animals, I believe they are one of the greatest blessings that God could place on Earth. I really believe in their purity and love. For me, loving animals is essential for a happy life.
You mentioned the importance of talking to Generation Z about contemporary issues like mental health and immediacy. How do you address these topics on your social media and in your interactions with fans?
I like to say that it’s okay not to be okay once in a while. People tend to show a perfect life on the internet, and, although I always try to be as light as possible, I openly say that it’s okay to feel tired, that we are human beings, that the perfection we often see is just an illusion created by people. cameras. It’s a cliché to say this, but it’s true: many people blame themselves for not having a similar life or for thinking they will never achieve the ideal they want for themselves. In reality, everything is very different. So, let’s enjoy what we have and be grateful every day, after all, “our grass is green too”.

Having played characters in both dramas and comedies, how do you prepare for the different challenges each genre presents and what are your future ambitions in acting?
I always say that each character has a little bit of us, and mine are no different. In drama scenes, I always try to access Carol’s pain, because I know that there I can transform my own pain into that of the character. I know it may sound strange, but that’s more or less it. I believe that the actor’s greatest preparation for a character is life, which is why it is so significant to express emotions through characters; Deep down, the pain is ours too. Regarding future ambitions, may my work cross borders! I want people to remember my work and recognize how much I gave of myself to it, I want them to know that, above all, I love and respect animals and that I did a good job on this Earth while I was here.
