CIPS certification ( Certified International Property Specialist ) has been a crucial differentiator in my performance, especially in the luxury real estate market. This certification provides me with a deep understanding of the global dynamics of the sector, allowing me to serve international clients with excellence and assertiveness. It helps me identify opportunities beyond borders, bringing a global perspective to my work, which is essential to work in highly demanding segments such as the luxury market.
You mentioned that overcoming challenges is your greatest fuel. Can you share any specific challenges you have faced?
Overcoming challenges is really what drives me. One particular challenge I faced was during a complex negotiation involving the purchase of a high-value property for a foreign client. There were cultural, legal and logistical barriers that needed to be overcome. The process required a high level of precision, communication and patience. In the end, we were able to close the deal in a way that satisfied all parties involved, which was extremely rewarding and reaffirmed my passion for what I do.
