How do you feel about taking on the Group position? Product Manager at InvestPlay and what are your expectations for this new phase?

InvestPlay for almost a year now , and leading the product front at a fintech has been an extremely enriching experience. I can combine my product building skills and data knowledge, using Open Finance to develop personalized financial experiences. My goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives, offering innovative solutions that meet the real needs of consumers.

What challenges do you foresee when leading the product area in a fintech focused on Open Finance ?

The central challenge is to always be one step ahead of the market, offering innovative products and solutions that outperform the competition. The key to this lies in data intelligence combined with Open Finance , to anticipate customer needs and deliver truly transformative experiences.

How will your experience at C6 Bank contribute to your role at InvestPlay ?

C6 Bank grew rapidly, with a comprehensive portfolio that surpassed many traditional banks in flexibility and agility. I learned how to build financial products with this elasticity and dynamism, always focused on offering quality and positively impacting the lives of consumers. This experience has been fundamental to my work at InvestPlay .

How do you see the importance of diversity and female representation in the technology and finance sector?

In Brazil, women play an increasingly influential role in purchasing decisions, and companies are recognizing the importance of incorporating the female perspective when developing products and strategies. I see this as essential, especially in sectors such as technology and finance, where female representation and diversity make a real difference. Including the female perspective in the creation of these products not only enriches the solutions, but also makes the sector more inclusive and innovative. I believe that this diversity is essential for products to accurately meet the real needs of users.

What innovations do you plan to implement at InvestPlay to improve the user experience with Open Finance products ?

My goal is to provide highly personalized financial insights that allow users to receive the right financial offers at the right time. With advanced personalization, we can improve the accuracy of offers and optimize the user experience.

Personalization, interconnectivity and advances in data quality are growing trends. These technologies make it possible to better understand customers through financial consumption data intelligence, enabling the creation of solutions that have a real and practical impact on consumers’ lives.

What advice would you give to other women who want to pursue a career in technology and finance?

Seek support networks and references from other women in leadership positions. With this support in mind, I created a podcast to promote diversity and share knowledge about building products in the technology and finance sectors, including women in this space. Cooperation between women strengthens the market and expands growth opportunities for everyone.
