With a career marked by courage, independence and purpose, labor lawyer Beatriz Bocchi, 38, stands out as one of the main representatives of the new generation of women who are reinventing the practice of law in Brazil. Founder of her own office on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, she leads a movement that combines technique, support and female leadership. Raised by a single mother in Ribeirão Preto, Beatriz grew up surrounded by legal references in her family, but decided to follow her own path. At 37, she broke away from the family structure and opened her own office, with limited resources, but with a clear purpose: to offer ethical, humanized and transformative legal practice. “Staying was safe. But I wasn’t called to be comfortable. I was called to build”, she highlights. In the first few months, she accumulated multiple roles — from lawyer to secretary and cleaning — while implementing her vision of a more accessible legal practice, with active listening, clear language and a focus on results. In a short period of time, her work began to attract the attention of clients and colleagues, especially women seeking to start their own business in the legal field.

In addition to serving companies and workers in the labor area, Beatriz became a mentor for aspiring lawyers and a speaker at events focused on female legal entrepreneurship — a growing movement in the country. According to the OAB, women are already the majority among new lawyers, but they still face challenges in achieving leadership and prominence positions in large firms or in office management. Many, like Beatriz, have responded to this scenario by creating their own paths.

A few days ago, this work was recognized internationally: Dr. Beatriz Bocchi was awarded at the LAQI IMPACT SUMMIT – Brazil 2025, promoted by the Latin American Quality Institute. She received a trophy and medals that represent not only professional achievements, but the consolidation of a path guided by ethics, purpose and positive social impact.

Her uniqueness lies in the combination of refined technique and sensitivity, especially in labor cases involving pain, emotional distress or the search for justice. Her work has impacted thousands of lives, both in providing support to workers and in providing preventive consulting services to companies.

With courageous decisions and a strategic vision, Dr. Beatriz has challenged the idea that success in law is tied to traditional formulas. “I didn’t just leave behind resolved cases. I left behind empowered women, open paths and a legacy that breathes on its own,” she says.

More than just a prominent lawyer, Beatriz Bocchi has become a symbol of a new legal model: more humane, more accessible — and led by women who don’t wait for space. They build their own.
