With a strong presence and a warm welcome from the audience, Sophia Eldo participated in the event “Pode Chegar, BTS”, held on June 10th, at the RioMar Kennedy Shopping Mall, in Fortaleza. Organized by the production company UJU, the event celebrated a symbolic milestone for fans of the South Korean group BTS: the proximity of the full return of the original line-up, which will be made official on June 21st, with the release of the last members from mandatory military service.
During the program, Sophia was invited to chat with the audience, which highlighted her strong connection with the K-pop universe and the fan community. In one of the most anticipated moments, she shared the stage with the audience to teach the choreography for the song Seven, performed by Jungkook. The artist’s spontaneous and engaged participation created an atmosphere of collective identification, marked by affection and mutual enthusiasm.
One of the highlights of the event was the live broadcast, directly from the military base in South Korea, which showed members Jungkook and Jimin being officially discharged from military service. The scene, watched with emotion by those present, conveyed the symbolism of that moment: the full resumption of activities by one of the most influential groups in global pop music.
Sophia’s presence at an event with this profile not only consolidated her place among the names that have been approaching the K-pop movement in Brazil, but also highlighted her relevance as a figure who naturally moves between different cultural expressions. Her performance goes beyond formal participation: for many young people, she represents an emotional link between Brazil and South Korea, between the fan experience and public recognition.
In addition to the main program, the event offered a series of activations focused on Korean culture: stands with themed products, typical cuisine, collectibles and exclusive souvenirs.
