Entrepreneur and author of the bestseller “The Million-Dollar Profession,” Sophia Martins has become one of the most influential female voices in the Brazilian real estate market. A leading figure in high-end properties and founder of projects that combine purpose and prosperity, Sophia has built a solid career in a sector historically dominated by men. With a vision that goes beyond numbers, she argues that “luxury is in the attitude, not the price” and that true success is born from consistency, discipline, and authenticity.
In an interview, the expert reveals the behind-the-scenes story of her journey — from her passion for the real estate market to the impact of her book — and talks about the challenges of leading with sensitivity, the importance of digital influence, and her next steps in international and educational projects.
What sparked your passion for the real estate market?
I’ve always enjoyed observing people’s behavior and understanding where the real value lies, and the real estate market is all about that: transforming space into purpose and profitability. I started by investing, but I fell in love with the impact a property can have on someone’s life.
Your book, “The Millionaire Profession,” is a success and reflects your vision of wealth and fulfillment. What motivated you to write it?
I wanted to show that success isn’t a stroke of luck, it’s a series of conscious choices. The book was born from the desire to demystify success—to show that it’s possible to become wealthy with purpose, without losing your values. My message is simple: those who learn to be consistent with excellence naturally create their own opportunities.

You’ve built a solid career in an industry still largely dominated by men. What have been your biggest challenges and achievements?
My biggest challenge was being heard without having to become harsh. I learned that authority doesn’t come from tone, but from the results presented. I worked twice as hard to deliver twice as much—and over time, the results spoke for themselves. Today, I see women occupying spaces that once seemed unreachable.
How do you see the role of digital influence in building a strong personal brand?
The internet hasn’t changed who has authority; it has only amplified who has a real offline life. Digital influence, when used truthfully, brings people closer, inspires, and educates. I use social media to share what I’ve lived and am living—not to appear perfect, but to show that it’s possible to grow with strategy and humanity at the same time.

You work with high-end real estate — a competitive niche. What sets your approach apart?
In the luxury market, the key difference lies in the invisible. Clients in this segment don’t want to be served; they want to be understood effectively. I transform each negotiation into a personalized experience—today I work in real estate structuring and development, which demands technique and assertiveness.
Writing a book is an exercise in generosity. How has that changed your perspective on business and on yourself?
Writing forced me to pause—and reflect. Sometimes, we focus so much on the results that we forget the legacy we’re building. Putting my ideas on paper made me understand that true growth comes when we share what we’ve learned. I grew much more by listening to those who were inspired than by seeing sales figures.

What advice would you give to women who are starting out and are still afraid to take a stand?
Fear is natural, but it cannot drive. Courage doesn’t come before, it comes during. I would say: start even if you’re not ready, but prepare yourself every day to be better. Leading is, above all, an act of service—and when you understand that, fear loses its power.
What are the next steps in your journey?
I’m currently in a phase of expansion—of business, but also of purpose. I have international projects, projects in the non-profit sector, and real estate developments throughout Brazil, a new edition of 50 Shades of Luxury, and the launch of the last 2025 class of the Sales 360 course. I want to continue showing that luxury can be accessible in terms of attitude, not price. And, above all, I want to inspire more people to understand that success is about consistency and discipline, regardless of the moment or situation you may be experiencing.
