With a modest initial investment of just 400 reais, Paula Danielly began her entrepreneurial journey and, over the years, transformed Empório Fit into a true empire. Its success story goes beyond numbers and business growth, standing out for breaking stereotypes and for the incessant quest to reveal the reality behind real businesswomen.

Paula Danielly always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but she didn’t want to become a stereotype imposed by society and social media. She decided to be the voice of her own company and show the world the true face of entrepreneurs. “I started attending countless events that aimed to teach businesswomen how to be more successful, position themselves better and reach new audiences. However, I saw that everyone had the same methodology, which was to cast the entrepreneur (hair, clothes, intonation, etc.). I realized that they were trying to create a character without personality, for fear of being cancelled. And I can’t find this cool and useful for me”, says Paula.

But the path to success was not easy. Paula faced several obstacles throughout her entrepreneurial journey. From the initial challenge of working capital to employee management, lack of time, personal issues, social media, taxes, bureaucracy and even harassment. However, she emphasizes that an entrepreneur needs to be, above all, resilient to overcome these difficulties.

On social media, Paula expressed her outrage at the romanticization of entrepreneurship and pseudo-influencer businesswomen. She warns of the negative impact of these false representations on the self-esteem and aspirations of women who want to undertake. “Each businesswoman has a story, many play the role of 5/10 people within their company, they need to be strong all the time, they can’t rest because they are charged as if their role were super easy and possible. And when these women are placed in the same environment as others who don’t need as much effort to work, as they are heiresses or wives of businessmen, how do they feel? Frustrated, they end up working to the point of physical and mental exhaustion in search of this success”, explains Paula.

Finding the balance between taking care of her family, managing her company and achieving success in entrepreneurship is a constant challenge for Paula. She emphasizes the importance of time management and discipline to avoid overdoing it and maintain harmony between the different areas of life.

Paula has become a voice of freedom for women who seek to follow their dreams without fitting into stereotypes imposed by social media. She uses her influence and experience to support and inspire other women to follow their own paths in entrepreneurship and personal life. “These women need real help. They need to know that they are not alone in this fight. That glamor for an entrepreneur is a part of the whole, and is not 24 hours a day. I’m in favor of freedom, of talking about what it’s really like to have a business, how difficult it is, but that there are tools we can use to make the process less frustrating and for them to understand that everyone has their own story”, declares Paula.

Paula Danielly’s trajectory and her transparent and realistic approach to entrepreneurship have served as an inspiration to many women. She proves that it is possible to build an empire from a small initial investment, and that true success is the result of hard work, resilience and determination.
