Businesswomen share literary and business journey, winning international titles and honors
The tour promoted by the Hispano-Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts (AHBLA) in partnership with the Quem de Mim Você Procura (QDM) project recently brought together more than 30 Brazilian women, in a celebration of achievements and inspiration in several countries on the continent European.
The event began in Barcelona, where the women were received with honors and decorated in a traditional and emotional ceremony, especially during the awarding of the prestigious Honoris Causa title. Among those honored, businesswoman Juliana Aranda stood out, in recognition of her contribution to the promotion of culture and literature, adding another milestone to her impressive career as a mentor and entrepreneur. During the ceremony, Juliana Aranda appointed Lena Madesin Phillips, founder of BPW, to the chair of patroness.
With more than 30 years of experience leading RU Uniformes, Juliana Aranda is a notable figure in the world of business and human development. Her participation in the Reality Show program “Em Frente das Feras” and her contribution as co-author of three books in the collection “Quais de Mim Você Procura?” – covering topics such as women speakers, women of faith and women mentors – consolidate it as a reference in the sector, inspiring the lives of many other women.
During the tour, Juliana Aranda had the opportunity to publicize and promote the “Quais de Mim” project at renowned literary fairs, such as the Feira de San Jordi, in Barcelona, in which she promoted books of her authorship at the AHBLA stand, enchanting the public, and actively participated in reading circles and literary forums, sharing valuable experiences and insights with those present. The unstoppable entrepreneur was present at the renowned SUMMIT-Be Amazing + Next Level in Lisbon, where she acted as a mediator in the Panel on Artificial Intelligence.

The women on the AHBLA/QDM tour not only enchanted European audiences, but left a legacy of empowerment and inspiration wherever they went, celebrating achievements and inspiring actions for new projects. Juliana Aranda, as the protagonist of this journey, returns to Brazil with new insights and connections to share with followers, mentees and businesswomen, as well as a renewed commitment to inspiring other women to become protagonists of their own lives and to establish meaningful connections with women from Worldwide.
