A group of specialists focused on comprehensive services for insurance brokers, financial planners and other exponents of this sector gathered at an event held this Thursday (4th), in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.

One of the speakers at the Future Planner Congress was journalist Christiane Pelajo. She talked about the mechanisms (even the language) that can favor profitability and, consequently, success in business and sales.

One part of her speech that drew a lot of attention was when she advised those present to avoid a very common word in the business world.

“One of the foundations of a good business is the use of positive words. For that we have to use keywords. Avoid the word boss. This characterizes a head of a criminal organization. The word leader is a positive thing. One thing of the future is an aggregative vision,” she said.

Most of the organizers of the event belong to AddGroup, a company that has brought the concept of a planner of the future based on a more complete professional, who is able to serve his client in 360 degrees, that is, at all ends, offering solutions and benefits for consumers and bringing more convenience and practicality to those who are interested in purchasing insurance or even investing.
