Therapist who works helping businesswomen with their businesses shows that birth history can influence professional life

Many professionals suffer from the failure of their businesses. Often, the questions are accompanied by answers linked to external factors, such as: great competition in the segment, many demands in the job market, or even the guilt that the professional carries for not having a more specific course in the area. Another factor is denial: when the professional does not see what really harms their business and sees the problem as a phase that will be resolved over time. However, the big issue behind this failure can be directly linked to each person’s life story.

“The pattern of denial often arises with the birth story, for example, if it was a baby that was not planned and/or wanted, if the parents were worried about the arrival of a new being, if they did not have the financial means to receive it, if the birth was traumatic. These and other factors influence the way in which, later on, the adult is in Life and how they relate to others and the World.”

This is what Marinelia Leal explains, a mentor who has worked in the field of therapy for 25 years. Through her work with personal development, she teaches how it is possible to have a quality life through a prosperous business.

“Hardly a professional who finds it difficult to prosper will say anything about himself. The blame for business stagnation will always lie with the market, marketing, the team, but never with him, according to his own vision. However, when you deliver your business with quality and excellence and you don’t get the desired return, it means that your infinite flow is blocked and what needs to be investigated is your own life story”, says Marinelia.

Mentoring women and entrepreneurs, owners of their own businesses, she explains that investigating what happened in their life story is important to discover the reasons that lead to their success in professional life.

“There are three pillars that we must investigate: the birth history (everything that happened to the person from the time they were conceived until birth); family patterns and beliefs about growth in childhood”, emphasizes the therapist.

She comments on the connection between our natal and professional history:

“Our first moment of success is birth. If the professional has had a complicated birth, where his life was at risk, consequently, he will tend to take risks in his business and have difficulty achieving success in this area.”

She explains that people who have had long, difficult, stagnant births tend to believe that they need to go through painful processes in their journey to achieve the success they dream of.

“These professionals invest little, are afraid of receiving high amounts, feel insecure about answering calls and have a lot of difficulty saying no.”

The mentor states that it is necessary to know how to deal with these issues in the workplace to be able to be an assertive professional and set limits, as this will directly impact the way in which the entrepreneur receives his money.

“People who have difficulty saying no can be people who have difficulty believing that they can receive love, as they were sometimes children who did not feel truly loved by parental figures. All people who were not nurtured with love in childhood by their father and for their mother, they have difficulty believing that love exists at any price.”

Therefore, as the mentor and therapist explains, when experiencing difficulties in your business and finding yourself stagnant, it is necessary to unravel your own birth story and demystify beliefs and fears that prevent you from thriving, thus unlocking the infinite flow.
