The project “Rhythms del Mundo”, which united Cuban rhythms with iconic voices of international pop and rock, such as Coldplay, U2 and Sting, re-releases its songs on all streaming platforms today, August 16, 2024. Initially launched in 2005 during the Sundance Film Festival, the project was an initiative of the Berman Brothers and other partners to raise funds and awareness about climate change. With the global success of the album, Artists Project Earth (APE) has funded more than 350 environmental projects. The new campaign, dedicated to the memory of APE founder Kenny Young, aims to continue the legacy of using the power of music to tackle the environmental challenges of the 21st century.
