A native of Porto de Moz, Pará, Heitor Ximenes has been winning over audiences with his spontaneous and humorous approach on social media. Known for his authenticity and connection with his followers, the digital influencer has transformed Instagram into a platform for social and professional impact. It was while promoting stores in exchange for toys for the Fábrica de Sorrisos project that he realized the power of the internet as a tool for transformation.
With a light and genuine approach to communication, Heitor combines humor, lifestyle, and positive messages, always emphasizing his Pará roots. “My way of speaking, my slang, and my love for local culture bring me closer to people. I think that’s what creates such a connection,” he says.
Today, with a loyal and growing audience, the content creator continues to expand his horizons—whether with new social projects, the return of the Ximenes Sunglasses brand, or future international collaborations. “I want to positively influence, spread love, and show that if everyone does a little, together we can build a better world,” he adds.
Heitor, your posts convey a natural connection with your followers. At what point did you realize that Instagram could become more than just a personal space—a true professional path?
When I offered to promote stores in exchange for toys to help make my social project, Fábrica de Sorrisos, a reality, I realized that the internet could be a powerful tool for transforming lives and making dreams come true—not just my own, but those of many others as well.
You’re from Porto de Moz, Pará, and today you speak to thousands of people every day. How much do your backgrounds influence the way you communicate and share your stories?
Being from Porto Alegre is a source of great pride for me. My way of speaking, of being spontaneous and genuine, comes from my roots. I enjoy showcasing my culture, my slang, my traditional foods, and my simple way of life. I think that’s what creates such a strong connection with the public.
Your content has a very authentic and lighthearted feel. What do you consider to be your unique selling point among so many creators who also discuss lifestyle and travel?
Definitely my “crazy” way of being. I like to show everything with truth and humor. I don’t try to be perfect, I try to be myself, and I think that’s what people like.
These days, networks are constantly changing—new formats, new rules, new trends. How do you navigate these changes without losing your essence?
I adapt, but without losing my essence. I always try to stay up-to-date, understand the latest developments, while maintaining my own way of doing things. I think the secret is to renew yourself without losing who you are.
As your profile grew, brands, invitations, and opportunities arrived. How do you choose who to collaborate with, and what do you need for a partnership to make sense for you?
Today, I have a team that helps me with this process. We always conduct research to understand whether the brand reflects a bit of me, whether it aligns with me, my values, and what I believe in. It needs to make sense, you know? It’s not just about the product; it’s about the truth.
It’s not all perfect photos and incredible trips. What’s behind the scenes of an influencer’s life that the public doesn’t usually see?
Oh, there’s a lot we don’t show! (laughs) Life off-screen is a lot of work. Some days you lack the will, you feel discouraged, you get negative comments… And then there’s the hassle of recording a video, the time we spend editing. It’s part of the process, but it’s not always easy.
Have you ever thought about expanding your work beyond Instagram—perhaps with your own brand, original projects, or even international collaborations?
Yes, I have! I had an eyewear brand, Ximenes Sunglasses, but I took a break, but who knows, maybe it’ll come back soon? I have a socially focused project and a strong desire to collaborate internationally. May God bless you so that all this comes at the right time.
What motivates you most to keep creating? Is there a message or feeling you want your audience to take away after seeing your content?
What motivates me most is being able to positively influence, help, include, and spread love through social media. I want to use my career to transform people’s lives, support social projects, and also help my family. My message is simple: if everyone does a little, together we can build a better world.
