Júlia Salarini

Young actress Júlia Salarini is about to experience one of the most significant moments of her artistic career: her debut on TV Globo, playing Ritinha in the telenovela “A Nobreza do Amor” (The Nobility of Love). The news, which she received with tears of joy, symbolizes the realization of a dream built with study, dedication, and a passion for art. With experience in theater, television, and voice acting, Júlia sees the new character as another adventure in her journey—now bringing to life a mischievous and fun-loving girl who promises to win over the audience.

Júlia, you’re going to debut in a Globo telenovela playing Ritinha. How did you feel when you found out you would be part of “A Nobreza do Amor”? Do you remember the moment you received that news?

The moment I received the news is unforgettable. I was so happy, I even cried tears of joy. It was something I had been striving for and studying hard to achieve. And it was an immense happiness to know that I’m in the cast of this wonderful telenovela!

Each character is a new adventure. What do you most enjoy discovering when you start building a character, like Ritinha?

I like to learn about and build her story, to know if she’s a happy or sad character, so I know how I’m going to interpret her. Ritinha, in particular, is very mischievous, and it’s been a lot of fun playing this very entertaining character!

You’ve acted in theater, on TV, and also done voice acting. What changes for you between being on stage, in front of the cameras, and using only your voice?

Theater is more alive; you have to do everything more: higher, more movement. You have direct contact with the audience, which is wonderful. I love being on stage. Dubbing was an incredible experience too, I loved it. Being in the studio gives a good feeling. And hearing your voice in the movie afterwards is amazing! On TV it’s incredible, the feeling is similar to theater, but without an audience. It’s simply magical and I want that for my life!

You’ve worked with many experienced professionals. Was there any piece of advice you received that you still cherish today?

To continue with my charisma. I heard this from very experienced and special people. I think that when you do what you love, it’s easier to transmit your happiness, and people notice.

Besides acting, you also study singing, keyboard, and dance. Do you feel that these other arts help you become a better actress? In what way?

Absolutely. Expanding my horizons and exploring other art forms greatly helps in character development. I want to become a well-rounded artist who can create a character that sings, dances, and does whatever else is needed.

When you’re on set or in the theater, what’s the most fun part of it all? And is there anything that makes you a little nervous, too?

I don’t get nervous, but there’s always a bit of tension to make sure everything goes perfectly. It’s fun behind the scenes, being with the cast is great. But when it’s time to film, I get incredibly excited and happy! I love it!

Even with so much work, you’re still a child at heart, full of dreams and games. What does Júlia like to do when she’s not acting?

I enjoy painting canvases with my grandfather, going to the pool, playing with my friends, strolling through the mall, and traveling!

If you could talk to 5-year-old Julia, who dreamed of acting, what would you say to her today after so many achievements?

It’s so she can believe in her dreams, not give up, and take all the courses she wants because everything will be alright!
