Between Italy, Montenegro and Mykonos, NURAE Presents Its Euro Summer Edition

Dubai-based brand travels through three European destinations in an edition that brings athleisure closer to the summer wardrobe

The European summer has once again taken on an important role in the fashion calendar. Between Mediterranean destinations, seaside seasons and a wardrobe increasingly less constrained by the boundaries between sportswear, travel and everyday life, brands are finding in the season a space to introduce new collections.

It is against this backdrop that NURAE, a Dubai-based athleisure brand, presents the Euro Summer Edition, an edition spanning three destinations: Italy, Montenegro and Mykonos, Greece.

The journey through Europe reflects a transformation that has already reshaped the sportswear segment. While leggings, tops, skirts and matching sets were long associated primarily with workouts, today these pieces move through different moments of the day and have also found their way into holiday wardrobes.

In the Euro Summer Edition, this shift in context takes on a geographical perspective. Italy is one of the destinations selected for the project; Montenegro brings the edition to the Adriatic; and Mykonos, one of the best-known islands in the Cyclades, hosts the Greek chapter.

More than simply bringing the three locations together as a backdrop, the format allows each destination to function as its own chapter of the season.

The choice also comes at a time when the European summer has regained prominence in the fashion industry’s strategies. From Italian destinations to the Greek islands, different labels have been taking collections, pop-up stores and activations to cities that attract international crowds during the warmer months.

For NURAE, whose operations are based in Dubai, the Euro Summer Edition places the brand within this circuit through three collections and three distinct geographies.

The result is a season built around movement: from Dubai to Europe, from Italy to the Adriatic, before arriving in the summer of Mykonos.
