After more than three decades devoted to spirituality, emotional healing, and intuitive development, Kelly Kolodney leads a body of work focused on helping people reconnect with what she describes as their authentic and divine nature. In the interview, the spiritual teacher and intuitive guide discusses the Light Codes, energetic transmissions that she believes can support the release of emotional patterns, the development of self-love, and the awakening of consciousness.
Kelly also reflects on the role of intuition in a society shaped by information overload, burnout, and rapid technological change. You have spent decades working with spirituality, emotional healing, and intuitive development. How would you describe the heart of your work today?
The heart of my work today is centered around the Master Ascension Light Codes. The Light Codes were received from the Angel Raphael after decades of deep connection and spiritual practice. They are a living map of vibrational upgrades designed to awaken our true divine nature and activate our energetic light body.
These vibrational upgrades help people align with what Raphael calls the Ascension Timeline—a path where we begin to move through life with greater grace, synchronicity, and flow. It is a journey of remembering who we truly are, why we are here, and stepping into our fully realized, authentic selves.
You often speak about the importance of slowing down mentally and releasing emotional overwhelm. Why has that become so essential in the moment so many people are living through right now?
Sleep is the ultimate way to calm our mind, allow us to come up with creative answers to problems, release emotional overwhelm, and heal our body.
In fact, during a Light Code Transmission a high percentage of participants report falling asleep during each session as their body integrates the upgrade. Raphael often says that the words communicated during a transmission are not as important as the vibrational upgrade the listener gets as they participate.
Our world is filled with constant distraction, stress, and information. To return to harmony with the natural rhythm of life, these vibrational upgrades invite us back into a deep state of presence.
It is through grounded presence that we can navigate the challenges of today’s world with greater clarity, resilience, and peace. As life becomes increasingly chaotic, we are being called into right relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the living Earth.
The Light Codes offer practical ways to cultivate conscious awareness and presence. Each Light Code supports a different energetic aspect of our evolution. For some, it is upgrading their energy field to enable themselves to learn how to truly love and accept themselves. For others, it is an energetic upgrade to allow them to step into their personal power. Others begin awakening dormant spiritual gifts and deeper cosmic connections that come with a Light Code upgrade.
As we reconnect with our authentic nature, life begins to flow differently. Joy, magic, abundance, and meaning naturally return.
Your journey began with a deeply personal spiritual experience in 1989. How did that moment transform your sense of purpose and the way you began serving others?
In that moment, I realized I was never alone. I experienced a profound knowing that there is immense love and support available from the spiritual realms.
More importantly, I understood that we are eternal beings of love. That realization completely transformed my life.
Since then, my purpose has been to transmit the messages of the Angel Raphael to help others remember who they are, why they are here, and discover the unique blueprint they came to share with the world. When we remember our true nature, life begins to unfold with much greater grace, purpose, and ease.
In your work, you speak about self-love, energy healing, and unity consciousness. How can those ideas be applied in a practical way for someone who is just beginning to explore this path?
Many of us find it easy to love, care for, and support others, yet much more difficult to extend that same compassion toward ourselves.
Within the Light Codes, we receive an energetic upgrade to help us learn to connect with the loving part of ourselves that so naturally serves others and begin directing that same love inward. It becomes a profound healing relationship with ourselves.
Working with the Angel Raphael, whose presence is one of unconditional love and healing, people often experience a deep transformation in how they see themselves.
Raphael also teaches us how to connect with the infinite healing energy that is available to all of us. Once we learn to access it, we can lovingly direct that healing energy toward ourselves and eventually toward others.
The beautiful thing is that anyone can call upon Raphael. This healing ray of divine light is available to everyone.
You use guided meditations and what you call “Light Code” transmissions. How do you explain those tools to people who may have never engaged with spiritual concepts before?
I have been channeling the Angel Raphael for over 37 years.
When people listen to the Light Code transmissions, they often enter a deeply relaxed state, sometimes even falling asleep. While the conscious mind rests, the transmission works with the subconscious, gently helping to release limiting beliefs, old emotional patterns, and unresolved wounds.
Each Light Code provides a unique energetic upgrade that is designed to awaken, heal, and activate the original divine blueprint that already exists within every person.
Whether someone approaches the work spiritually or simply as a meditation practice, the intention is always the same—to help people reconnect with the deepest truth of who they are.
Many people are navigating uncertainty, burnout, and a search for meaning. What do you believe intuition can offer during periods of personal and collective transition?
As we move deeper into the technological age, much of our analytical thinking will increasingly be supported by technology. What will become even more valuable are our uniquely human gifts—our creativity, intuition, compassion, and inner knowing.
Intuition and discernment will become essential. As humanity evolves, we will naturally become more aware of energy and vibration, and more connected to what many traditions describe as the morphogenic field—a field of intelligence where wisdom, inspiration, and possibility reside.
Meaning returns as we restore right relationship with nature, with the Earth, with one another, and with ourselves through conscious presence.
Raphael has shared that many gifts that have long remained dormant within humanity will begin awakening. Abilities such as deep intuition, telepathic communication, and greater connection with higher realms and dimensions may gradually become more natural and widely accepted.
What today is sometimes dismissed as “woo-woo” may one day simply be recognized as another aspect of human potential.
Your first live event takes place on Lion’s Gate, a date surrounded by strong spiritual symbolism. What does that moment represent for you, and what do you hope to offer the people joining, whether in person or through the livestream?
The Lion’s Gate has long been regarded as a time when the veil between worlds feels especially thin, allowing us greater access to spiritual insight, inspiration, and higher consciousness.
During this sacred gathering, Raphael will create and hold an energetic container to join with thousands of people around the world and create a coherent field of love and shared intention.
Together, we will dream into being a world rooted in love, compassion, and harmony with the living Earth. We will remember ancient wisdom, honor indigenous teachings, reconnect with nature, and awaken the timeless knowing that lives within each of us.
I truly believe that when people gather with open hearts and a shared intention, something extraordinary becomes possible.
Through sacred connection, collective presence, and love, we begin to participate in what Raphael calls the New Earth—not as something we wait for, but as something we consciously create together.
