The influences that physical activities have on the human body and mind are enormous. They are able to bring benefits such as increased brain oxygenation, improved cognitive capacity, decreased anxiety and stress, among others. Among all the possibilities in relation to well-being, there is help in the treatment of postpartum depression.
The increase in energy, the decrease in stress and anxiety, lead to care for this type of depression, which affects approximately 25% of mothers in Brazil. One of these cases is that of the Digital Influencer, Dri Degrossi, who at the age of 19 had her first daughter and acquired the depression that affects 1 in 4 women.
“Thank God I found out at a time where I could treat myself and in the midst of that, I had alternatives to medication or physical activity, and it was doing exercises that I found myself again and resurfaced”, recalls the influencer who had more than 4 million views in one of your videos. From that moment on, Dri decided that she wanted to help others who were going through the same thing.
Coming from Mato Grosso do Sul, currently living in Araçatuba, the content creator decided to create an Instagram where she shares fitness tips, self-care, maternity, relationships, and a lot of humor.
Currently 24 years old, Dri Degrossi is a businesswoman and has a company in the truck segment. “I help my husband in the companies we own and I also show that we are capable of having a busy life, with a lot of responsibility and still having a moment to take care of ourselves”, comments the influencer known as a fitness muse in the region of Araçatuba, Rio Preto, Bauru, Ribeirão Preto and the entire interior of São Paulo.
“Believe me, women: it is possible to be strong in the midst of the storm. I want to add and show that, together, we are capable of conquering the world”, she concludes.
