The story of Carol Roberto, a talented 17-year-old from São Paulo, is a remarkable example of ambition and versatility in the entertainment world. Her artistic journey encompasses an impressive range of talents, from singing and songwriting to dancing and lip-synching, establishing her as one of today’s top young celebrities.

With a world increasingly connected through social networks, the influence of young people in this universe is undeniable. Carol, from an early age, took advantage of this platform to expand her reach and showcase her skills, cementing herself as a prominent name in not just acting but music as well.

From her first steps in theater, aged 11, on Teenbrodway, where she developed her acting, singing and dancing skills, to her remarkable passage on the reality show “The Voice Kids” in 2019, Carol made it clear that she was destined to shine. Her foray into voice acting, as the voice of the lioness “Nala” in the live-action children’s version of Disney’s “The Lion King,” marked another high point in her career.

In addition to success in acting and voice acting, Carol has not stopped exploring her passion for music. His EP “Hora do Show”, released in 2020, demonstrated his authorial and musical ability, and his subsequent forays into the music scene, such as the release of the EP “Rockstar” and the authorial project “Myself”, displayed his versatility as an artist.

Even with a busy work schedule and the challenge of completing her high school studies, Carol manages to find time to have fun, travel and be with friends and family. Her determination and passion shine through in everything she does, whether on stage, screen or digital platforms.

As Carol continues to expand her artistic horizons, from acting projects to original musical productions, her name shines brighter on the entertainment scene. Her influence transcends borders and her dedication inspires other young people to follow their dreams, with the same intensity and enthusiasm that she demonstrates at every step of their journey.

Carol, you have a very diverse artistic background, including acting, singing, composing, dancing and even dubbing. How do you balance all those skills and projects?

Each project has a peculiarity, varying according to the type of work in question. For example, in dubbing, it is necessary to give a special focus to the voice, requiring greater dedication to this skill. In musical theatre, performance involves dancing, singing and acting, requiring dedication to the three elements: body, voice and acting. It is necessary to balance these skills according to the type of each project.

The EP “Hora do Show” was an important milestone in his musical career. How was the experience of working with artists like Rodriguinho and Gaab in the production of this project?

At the time of my first EP “Hora do Show”, I exchanged a lot of information and debated several ideas with Rodriguinho and Gaab to find out what fit best according to my taste and the stage I was in in my life. It was amazing to do this work with them, it was a wonderful experience. Even in my song “Hora do Show”, Gaab brought a verse, which is there in the middle of the song!

In addition to music, you also excelled in acting, participating in series, theater and dubbing. Which of these areas do you most identify with and why?

I love everything I do: voice acting, acting, singing and dancing. However, I have a great passion for this thing of interacting directly with the public. Each art form brings unique experiences: dubbing is like theater without an audience, while in television there is a more natural performance aimed at the viewers. Each area has its peculiarities. I love audiences, I love playing opposite each other, when I was younger, I loved playing a comic role, even today I like to make the audience laugh, have fun, enter the story. I love everything I do.

His participation in the live-action series “7 Chances Para…” has drawn public attention. How was the experience of playing the character Sabrina and getting involved with this project?

My participation in the series “Seven Chances For” was an incredible experience. Working with Pedro Burgarelli and Lorena Queiroz was simply wonderful. The series was a delight, and playing Sabrina was a gift, as she was a type of character that I had never played before. She was a nerd, passionate about things like k-pop and the geek world. It was a completely new job for me. Playing with my dear colleagues was such a gift from Discover Plus. I was really excited, it was a fantastic experience, especially as it was my first TV series. Anyway, it was really amazing!

In the “Carol Folia” project, you ventured out as an entrepreneur and promoted an event aimed at young people. What motivated you to create this event and what was the response from the public?

Yes, I’m an entrepreneur. I created the event because I wanted to hold a Carnival event, more specifically a second edition of Carol Folia, after the first edition closed for friends, which featured performances by Melody, Bela and Vitória Dutra. We enjoyed this moment so much that it made us think about expanding and making the event open to the public, with the idea of something similar to Anitta’s rehearsals, in the teen version. The aim is to provide fun, music and dancing, with plenty of artists and shows for everyone to enjoy. The response from the public has been great, with many requests for the 2024 Carol Folia, although we were unable to carry it out this year, perhaps we can consider it for the next one. Who knows?

In addition to all your achievements so far, you are involved in productions such as “Turma da Mônica Jovem” and your EP “Metamorfose”. Can you give us a taste of what we can expect from these new projects?

Yes, everyone, I’m super excited about “Turma da Mônica Jovem: Reflexos do Medo”, which will be released in theaters soon. I’m super excited because I play Milena in the movie. It is a new challenge that God has placed in my path, and I can only say that you expect amazing things from this project. Mauricio de Souza, right? It always gets it right, and with a cast as talented and renowned as ours, I can only say that you will love the film. I’m suspicious of talking, but I guarantee you’ll just love it, it will be a fantastic experience!

Omusic video “Sou much mais eu” brings a message of authenticity and originality. How do you believe this message can impact your fans and followers?

I shared a video addressing this topic with the people in my video, my friends and my ballet. Although visually it looks cute, the clip carries a strong message about society imposing standards. “I’m Much More Me” highlights the importance of being authentic. Michael Jackson, Beyoncé and Anitta achieved success by being original. In music, I encourage the search for originality, despite the obstacles.

With such a busy schedule and many projects on the go, how do you find time to relax and recharge?

I’m a programming person. Programming is the key to my life. Calendars are essential for me. It’s because? Well, as I have a very hectic life, anticipation in the organization is vital to accomplish what I want. I receive the work schedule for the month, and sometimes there are date and time changes, but the schedule keeps me in control. For example, if I want to go out or travel, I need to plan ahead, as I have work and study commitments. Therefore, the use of agendas is fundamental. Living this way, with a well-defined schedule, everything falls into place.

What are the artists or figures that most influence you and your art? What are the references that have shaped your career so far?

The artists who influence my art have always been and will always be present, continuing to influence me are people like: Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, BTS, Isa, Alcione, Ludmila and many others who are references and impact my artistic expression. They have similarities with me, and this mix of artists helps form Carol. Currently one of my biggest references is Gloria Groove.

Looking to the future, what are your biggest dreams and goals as an artist? What would you like to achieve in the coming years?

Looking to the future I still have many goals and many goals to accomplish. I am grateful for everything that has happened in my life. Thank God I know there’s a lot of good things to come for me. I have many dreams, from making a soap opera, singing in big stadiums, to one day running for an international award! I have many dreams and God willing I will be able to make them come true!
