After consolidating the Hip-Roça movement and gaining recognition among the leading names of the new generation of sertanejo music, Us Agroboy present a project that revives traditional sertanejo styles, values their roots, and provokes reflection on the public’s relationship with sertanejo music.
A benchmark for innovation within Brazilian country music, Us Agroboy conquered Brazil by creating the Hip-Roça movement, an identity that unites the essence of country music, the strength of agricultural culture, and contemporary influences. From the beginning of their journey, the duo chose their own path, mixing tradition and modernity and showing that country music continues to evolve.
Now, Us Agroboy are beginning one of the most special moments of their career with the recording of the DVD “Quer Modão? Toma!”, which will take place on July 21, 2026, at Villa Cavalcare, in Goiânia (GO).
The project pays homage to the roots of sertanejo music and celebrates great classics that have spanned generations, reinforcing the duo’s connection with the genre that has always been present in their musical formation. More than revisiting memorable songs, the DVD represents a reunion with references that helped build the identity of Us Agroboy.
Known for innovating without losing their essence, Us Agroboy present a work that values traditional country music as one of the greatest assets of Brazilian country music. The new audiovisual production aims to bring different generations closer together through songs that carry stories, feelings, and memories, now revisited with the personality and artistic identity of the duo.
But “Quer Modão? Toma!” also originated as a provocation. The project’s name itself speaks directly to the audience and reflects the personality of Us Agroboy: a duo that, from the beginning of their career, chose to disrupt, break patterns, and present new possibilities within the sertanejo genre.
Throughout their career, Us Agroboy have always explored different paths within the genre. In addition to their most well-known songs, with their party energy and strong popular appeal, the duo has also created works with deeper lyrics and a strong connection to the essence of sertanejo music, such as “Fotos Antigas,” recorded alongside Mayck & Lyan and Renato Teixeira.
The new DVD also proposes a reflection on a movement present in sertanejo music: often, the new generation is pressured to value the traditional style and roots of the genre, but does not always receive the same support and engagement when it presents songs with this identity.
With “Quer Modão? Toma!”, Us Agroboy transforms this provocation into music. The duo shows that respecting the past is also part of building the future and that true sertanejo music remains alive, current, and capable of moving diverse audiences.
The recording will take place in an intimate setting, bringing together approximately 350 guests for an exclusive experience. The aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere, bringing artists and audience closer together so that each song can be experienced intensely, highlighting the emotion, the stories, and the essence of true “modão” (a style of Brazilian country music).
Within this celebration of the roots of sertanejo music, Us Agroboy also pay homage to great names who helped keep the essence of the genre alive. Among these artists is João Carreiro, who left his mark on Brazilian music through his personality, his voice, and his defense of the sertanejo tradition. His legacy remains an inspiration for all who believe in the power of songs that tell stories.

The project’s structure was developed to provide a high-level audiovisual experience. The production will feature a themed stage inspired by the Brazilian country music scene, a visual identity created specifically for the DVD, operation with six cameras, aerial drone footage, cinematic crane movements, and technical resources designed to transform each song into an immersive visual experience.
The musical direction is by Murilo Pires, the video direction is the responsibility of Perna’s, and the executive production is led by Thainara Lemes, bringing together a team dedicated to translating the essence of the project into image and sound.
The repertoire will consist of reinterpretations of great classic country songs, presenting new interpretations that respect tradition while also carrying the identity built by Us Agroboy throughout their career.
