With an eye to the future, Michelle aims to continue her musical trajectory, while exploring new horizons in cinema and art, always with the mission to touch hearts and inspire minds.

Michelle, your artistic journey began in theater and now you are conquering space in music. What was this transition like for you and what motivated you to explore different forms of artistic expression?

I started watching my classmates singing in the theater and developed a great love for music. While I was stuck at home during the pandemic, I started singing and now I’m determined to become really good at it. I know that nothing in this life is easy, but it’s important to try to dedicate yourself to what we really enjoy.

You recently released “The Last Dance,” your latest single. How would you describe the creative process behind this song and what message do you hope to convey to your audience through it?

I want to thank the radio in England, firstly, for having placed a lot of trust in my song “The Last Dance”. I wrote this song because when we have a friend who doesn’t agree with our opinions and important decisions, we can’t stop our life; we need to let it run its course. Never give up on your dream, no matter how difficult it may seem. Always fight.

With more than 563 thousand followers on Instagram and a loyal audience on YouTube, how do you deal with the pressure of social media and how important is this engagement for you as an artist?

I need to thank all my fans. I talk to them a lot on social media, but at my school I’m a little nervous, because when I go out for lunch everyone starts calling me and singing my songs. I really enjoy being with them on social media.

You are bringing your new tour to Brazil this year. What can Brazilian fans expect from your shows and how do you prepare for this interaction with a new audience and culture?

I believe they will like it. I really want to do my shows to also help APAE and I hope everyone is happy with my songs. As I don’t speak Portuguese very well, I want to learn more from my audience and share my culture with them.

In addition to music, you are also about to launch your own brand. What are your inspirations behind this initiative and what do you hope to achieve with it?

I already started with the brand in Brazil and my great enthusiasm is helping people with physical and mental difficulties. This moves me a lot because I have a disabled sister, so I want people like her to have a little better life.

Your family plays a pivotal role in your career. What has it been like working with them and how has their support influenced your artistic journey so far?

My family has always supported me in my career, but all of this was my will. Now, with the brand, I also want to do makeup.

How do you balance your artistic career with your studies and personal life, especially considering you are still young? What are the challenges and rewards of this reconciliation?

I need to go to school every day; Here the government does not allow you to stop attending, there is a fine for the family. I have Sunday to rest and do things with my friends. My challenges are to overcome all the obstacles that arise, without fear, and in the end be happy with the progress of my project.

You have been recognized not only for your artistic talent, but also for your performance in the film “Free Bird”, being nominated for The British Short Film Awards. What was that experience like for you and how do you see your future in cinema?

I am very happy to win the award for Best Second Actress in the World in a Short Film. Now, we just have to wait for the film festivals; I’m really looking forward to recording again.

Looking to the future, what are your next steps and goals in music and the arts? Is there any particular dream or project that you are looking forward to realizing in the coming years?

I want to show the world that music can bring a lot of tranquility and life experiences. When we are stressed, we like to listen to calm music with constructive lyrics that can change our way of thinking. I apologize if I wrote something wrong.
